ions being used for new DryJect franchised businesses on the renewal date; and,
- (i) You pay to Us a Renewal Fee equal to twenty percent (20%) of the Initial Franchise Fee then being paid by new franchisees.
If You continue to operate after the end of the Term or any Renewal term without exercising an option to renew and signing Our then-current franchise agreement, You shall be deemed to be operating on a month-to-month basis under the terms and conditions of Our then-current form of franchise agreement. In such circumstances, and notwithstanding the foregoing, We may, on ten (10) days written notice, terminate Your Franchise Agreement.
7. FRANCHISEE'S PAYMENTS
(a) You shall pay to Us an Initial Franchise Fee of Twenty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($29,500.00), payable by a certified or cashier's check. Such Initial Franchise Fee shall be due and payable in full upon the execution of this Agreement. You understand and acknowledge that the Initial Franchise Fee is non-refundable and is fully earned by Us at the time the parties execute this Agreement.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee of $29,500.00 must be paid via certified or cashier's check. This fee is due in full upon the execution of the franchise agreement. Dryject considers this initial franchise fee non-refundable and fully earned once the agreement is executed.
In addition to the initial franchise fee, franchisees must purchase proprietary equipment from Dryject. As of the effective date of the agreement, the minimum proprietary equipment requirement, known as the "Base Equipment Package," consists of three model 4820 DryJect machines. The purchase price for this package is $166,500.00, payable upon the earlier of the commencement of the Initial Training Program, shipment of the Base Equipment Package, or 90 days after the Effective Date. Similar to the initial franchise fee, this equipment fee is considered fully earned and non-refundable upon the execution of the agreement.
Prospective franchisees should be aware of these payment terms and the non-refundable nature of both the initial franchise fee and the equipment purchase price. It is crucial to have sufficient funds available and to carefully consider the investment before signing the franchise agreement, as these fees are immediately earned by Dryject upon execution.
