currently have no advertising council composed of franchisees to advise us on our advertising policies. We may decide to implement an advertising council in the future.
Internet Advertising and e-commerce. You may not establish a web site on the Internet using any domain name containing the words "DryJect®", "21st Century Aeration™" or "dryject.com" or any variation of our Mark. We retain the sole right to advertise on the Internet and create a web site using any of our Marks or related domain names. We maintain the dryject.com Internet website ("DryJect® Internet Website") and provide you with access to our website and a page contained within the DryJect® Internet Website for your Franchise. We may require that you utilize e-commerce products or services designated by us. We have the final decision concerning all information and functionality that appears on the DryJect® Internet Website and will update or modify the DryJect® Internet Website according to a schedule that we determine. By posting or submitting to us information or materials for the DryJect® Internet Website, you are representing to us that the information and materials are accurate and not misleading and do not infringe any third party's rights. You must notify us whenever any information about you or the Franchise Business on the DryJect® Internet Website changes or is not accurate.
We retain the right to pre-approve your use of linking and framing between our web pages and all other web sites.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Dryject maintains the dryject.com Internet website, referred to as the "DryJect® Internet Website." As part of the franchise agreement, Dryject will provide franchisees with access to their website and a dedicated page within it for their specific franchise. The Dryject Internet Website will include the franchisee's contact information and the email address used for the Franchised Business.
Dryject retains full control over the content and functionality of the DryJect Internet Website, with the right to update or modify it according to their own schedule. Franchisees are responsible for ensuring that any information they provide for the website is accurate, not misleading, and does not infringe on any third-party rights. Franchisees must also promptly notify Dryject of any changes or inaccuracies in the information about their franchise business displayed on the website.
Dryject also maintains the right to pre-approve any linking and framing between their web pages and other websites. If requested by Dryject, franchisees must remove any frames and links between Dryject's web pages and other sites within five days. Dryject has administrator privileges over all of the franchisee's software, electronic mail, social media, marketing platforms, digital marketing, and all Internet and e-commerce activities.
Prospective franchisees should be aware that they cannot establish their own website using domain names containing Dryject's trademarks. This centralized approach to online presence allows Dryject to maintain brand consistency and control the customer experience. Franchisees should ensure they understand the guidelines for providing information and utilizing the DryJect Internet Website to effectively promote their local franchise.
