ng on a month-to-month basis under the terms and conditions of Our then-current form of franchise agreement. In such circumstances, and notwithstanding the foregoing, We may, on ten (10) days written notice, terminate Your Franchise Agreement.

7. FRANCHISEE'S PAYMENTS

(a) You shall pay to Us an Initial Franchise Fee of Twenty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($29,500.00), payable by a certified or cashier's check. Such Initial Franchise Fee shall be due and payable in full upon the execution of this Agreement. You understand and acknowledge that the Initial Franchise Fee is non-refundable and is fully earned by Us at the time the parties execute this Agreement.

According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the minimum proprietary equipment requirement for establishing a Dryject franchise is the Base Equipment Package, which consists of three model 4820 DryJect machines. The purchase price for this package is $166,500.00.

Prospective franchisees should note that purchasing this Base Equipment Package is mandatory to operate a Dryject franchise. The cost of the Base Equipment Package is fully earned by Dryject upon the execution of the Franchise Agreement and is non-refundable.

The payment for the Base Equipment Package is due upon the earlier of three conditions: commencement of the Initial Training Program, shipment of the Base Equipment Package, or 90 days after the Effective Date of the agreement.
