What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to adhere to Dryject's standards regarding the services they offer. Dryject retains the right to determine, approve, and supervise the quality of services provided by the franchisee. This includes the right to take necessary actions to maintain the quality and standards of services within the Dryject system.

Dryject franchisees are required to purchase certain services, equipment, and operating supplies from Dryject or from suppliers approved by Dryject. This approval can be withdrawn. If Dryject disapproves a previously approved service, the franchisee is obligated to stop offering it.

Dryject also has the right to test and evaluate new products, services, equipment, or technologies and make them available to all franchisees if they meet Dryject's System Standards. Franchisees must offer for sale all types of products and/or services that Dryject authorizes from time to time and cannot offer any other products or services without prior written approval. This ensures uniformity and quality control across all Dryject franchises, protecting the brand's reputation and customer experience.
