What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if your primary territory is listed under Alabama (AL), your territory also includes Mississippi (MS). This means that as a Dryject franchisee with a primary territory in Alabama, you would also have the right to operate in the specified areas of Mississippi as part of your franchise agreement.
This arrangement could offer both advantages and disadvantages. On one hand, it expands the potential customer base and revenue opportunities for the franchisee, allowing them to tap into markets beyond Alabama. On the other hand, it also increases the operational complexity, as the franchisee would need to manage marketing, logistics, and service delivery across two states.
Prospective Dryject franchisees should carefully consider the implications of a multi-state territory, including the additional resources and expertise required to effectively manage operations in both Alabama and Mississippi. It would be prudent to evaluate the market potential in both states and develop a comprehensive business plan that accounts for the unique characteristics of each region.
