What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Washington addendum does apply if the offer to sell a Dryject franchise is accepted in Washington. The addendum modifies the Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchise agreement, and all related agreements.
The Washington Addendum becomes an integral part of these documents, superseding any conflicting information contained within them. This ensures that specific legal protections and requirements applicable in Washington are upheld for Dryject franchisees operating in the state.
In addition to the offer being accepted in Washington, the addendum also applies if the purchaser of the franchise is a resident of Washington, or if the franchised business is to be located or operated, wholly or partly, in Washington. This broad applicability ensures that any Dryject franchise with a connection to Washington is subject to the state's franchise laws and regulations.
