What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, while attendance at the national or regional conference is mandatory, Dryject will attempt to provide the conference materials even if a franchisee cannot attend. Specifically, Dryject states that it will try to make available all of the substantive materials that are presented at the Conference through the Internet or otherwise.

Even if the franchisee does not attend the conference, the Conference Registration Fee, which can be up to $500, is not refundable. This fee can be invoiced and paid via Electronic Funds Transfer as part of the standard monthly billing up to one year in advance.

This policy of providing materials online or through other means is beneficial for franchisees who may have legitimate reasons for not being able to attend the conference, ensuring they still have access to important information and updates from Dryject. However, franchisees should be aware that the registration fee is non-refundable, regardless of attendance.
