What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a Washington addendum is applicable under certain conditions. Specifically, the addendum is an integral part of the franchise agreement and modifies the Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchise agreement, and all related agreements.
The Washington addendum applies if any of the following conditions are met: (a) the offer to sell a Dryject franchise is accepted in Washington; (b) the purchaser of the Dryject franchise is a resident of Washington; and/or (c) the franchised Dryject business that is the subject of the sale is to be located or operated, wholly or partly, in Washington.
Therefore, if a Dryject franchised business is to be located or operated, even partially, in Washington, the Washington addendum applies. This ensures that the franchise agreement adheres to specific legal requirements and considerations relevant to the state of Washington.
