What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are generally required to offer new services that Dryject authorizes. Specifically, Dryject retains the right to determine, approve, and supervise the quality of services franchisees sell. To maintain quality and uniformity, Dryject can require franchisees to purchase certain services, equipment, and operating supplies from approved suppliers, as detailed in the Operations Manual.
The FDD states that franchisees must offer for sale all types of products and/or services that Dryject authorizes from time to time. Without prior written approval from Dryject, franchisees cannot offer any other products or services.
Therefore, if Dryject introduces a new service and authorizes it for sale, franchisees are generally obligated to offer it. This ensures uniformity and quality control within the Dryject franchise system, but it also means franchisees must adapt to changes and potentially invest in new equipment or training to provide the new service.
