What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if Dryject determines that the general state of repair or the appearance of a franchisee's premises, vehicles, equipment, or signs does not meet Dryject's System Standards, Dryject will notify the franchisee, specifying the actions needed to correct the deficiency.

The franchisee must initiate a plan to correct the deficiency within fifteen days of receiving the notice from Dryject. Furthermore, the franchisee must continue and promptly complete this plan in good faith.

This means a prospective Dryject franchisee needs to be prepared to maintain their business premises, vehicles, equipment, and signs to meet Dryject's standards. Failure to do so could result in the franchisee being required to take corrective action within a specified timeframe, or potentially face further consequences for non-compliance with the franchise agreement.
