What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the System Standards exist to protect Dryject's interests in its system and marks. These standards are not intended to establish control over matters reserved for the franchisee. The System Standards are mandatory specifications, standards, operating procedures, and rules that Dryject prescribes for the development and operation of its franchised businesses.
The System Standards may regulate any aspect of the operation and maintenance of Dryject franchised businesses, provided that all System Standards will apply uniformly to all similarly situated Dryject franchised businesses. These standards can be modified, deleted, or added to as authorized by the Franchise Agreement or the Operations Manual. Franchisees are responsible for operating their franchised business in full compliance with all System Standards, as modified from time to time.
Dryject also has the right to determine if a franchisee is meeting a required System Standard and whether an alternative is suitable to any recommendations or guidelines. The Operations Manual includes guidelines and recommendations in addition to the required System Standards, and franchisees must always follow the directives of the Operations Manual, as it may be modified by Dryject. Compliance is necessary to protect the integrity and reputation of the Dryject System.
