What is the franchisee's obligation to ensure the trainee complies with the Dryject agreement?

The agreement specifies that the trainee must maintain the confidentiality of Dryject's trade secrets, use them only for the franchisee's business, and refrain from copying or disclosing these secrets without permission. If the trainee breaches the agreement, Dryject would be irreparably injured and without an adequate remedy at law.
