What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, more detailed information regarding a franchisee's obligations can be found in the franchise agreement and the operations manual. The Wisconsin Addendum states that the Public Offering Statement contains a summary of certain material provisions and that the contract or agreement should be referred to for a complete understanding of the rights and obligations of both Dryject and the franchisee.
Dryject's FDD indicates that the Operations Manual contains mandatory and suggested specifications, policies, methods, standards, operating procedures, requirements, and information relative to other obligations of a franchisee, and to the operation of a Franchised Business. The Operations Manual may be in various forms, including loose-leaf or bound volumes, bulletins, notices, letters, videos, CDs, DVDs, electronic media, online postings, e-mail, or other electronic communications. Franchisees will be charged a Replacement Manual Fee of $200 for a replacement copy of the Operations Manual.
Prospective franchisees should carefully review the franchise agreement and operations manual to fully understand their obligations, as these documents contain the complete terms and conditions of the franchise relationship. Franchisees should pay close attention to the specific requirements outlined in these documents to ensure compliance and avoid potential disputes with Dryject.
