What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must comply with the equipment specifications outlined in the franchise agreement and the Operations Manual. Dryject may provide franchisees with specifications for the brands and types of equipment needed for Dryject offices and vehicles, including minimum standards for design, appearance, and size. Franchisees can purchase or lease equipment and signage that meet these specifications from any source approved by Dryject.

If a franchisee wants to purchase or lease equipment or signage not already approved by Dryject, they must notify Dryject in writing and provide sufficient information for Dryject to determine if the item meets their specifications. Dryject will then advise the franchisee within a reasonable time whether the equipment or signage is approved.

Dryject franchisees are also responsible for maintaining the condition and appearance of their business premises, equipment, and vehicles to align with Dryject's System Standards. This includes regular maintenance, repairs, and replacements of worn or obsolete items. If Dryject determines that a franchisee's premises, vehicles, equipment, or signs do not meet the System Standards, they will notify the franchisee and specify the necessary corrective actions. Failure to initiate and complete these actions within a reasonable timeframe can result in further action from Dryject.
