What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must have written approval before using any advertising materials. Specifically, Dryject requires franchisees to submit advertising materials 30 days before use for approval. If Dryject does not approve or disapprove the submitted materials in writing within 30 days of receipt, the materials are considered approved.
This requirement extends to all advertising and promotional materials, signs, forms, and stationery unless Dryject has already approved them within the 12 months before their proposed use. This policy ensures that all advertising aligns with Dryject's brand standards and marketing strategies.
This approval process is typical in franchising, allowing the franchisor to maintain brand consistency and protect the brand's image. It is important for prospective Dryject franchisees to factor in this lead time when planning their local marketing efforts to ensure compliance and avoid potential penalties.
