What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Dryject Manual and its contents are considered confidential and proprietary information. Franchisees are required to treat the Manual and any other materials created or approved by Dryject for the operation of the franchised business as confidential. This means a franchisee must use all reasonable efforts to keep the information secret and confidential, and they are prohibited from copying, duplicating, recording, or making the Manual available to any unauthorized person. The Manual remains the sole property of Dryject and must be returned if the franchisee ceases to be a franchise owner.

This underscores the importance of staying updated with any revisions issued by Dryject.

Franchisees may not disclose, copy, or use any Confidential Information except as specifically authorized by Dryject. This obligation extends beyond the duration of the franchise agreement, highlighting the long-term responsibility franchisees have to protect Dryject's proprietary information.
