What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are generally responsible for covering various supplies and expenses related to operating their franchise. Specifically, the franchisee bears the responsibility for all costs and expenses, including those resulting from dishonored electronic funds transfers by their bank when paying Royalty Service Fees or other amounts owed to DryJect Management, LLC.
Dryject franchisees are required to purchase certain services, equipment, and operating supplies from Dryject or approved suppliers, as detailed in the Operations Manual. If a franchisee wishes to use a non-approved supplier, they may incur fees for inspections and testing of the supplier's products, not to exceed the actual cost of such inspection and/or testing. Additionally, Dryject may develop creative materials for local and regional advertising, which are made available to franchisees for publication or distribution in their market area at the franchisee's own expense.
Dryject also provides a limited quantity of logo uniform apparel items, business cards, envelopes, letterhead, invoices, and estimate forms. If a franchisee requires a replacement copy of the Operations Manual, they will be charged a Replacement Manual Fee of $200.00. These stipulations highlight the franchisee's responsibility for managing and covering the costs associated with essential operational elements and materials, as well as ensuring compliance with Dryject's standards and approved resources.
