What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Dryject Franchise Disclosure Document, Dryject franchisees are required to pay for all supplies, materials, and expenses incurred in the operation of their franchised business on a timely basis. The FDD emphasizes that franchisees are solely responsible for all operating, selling, general, and administrative expenses.
Failure to make prompt payments to suppliers, vendors, contractors, or employees could cause significant damage to the reputation and credit of Dryject, its affiliates, and other franchisees. This underscores the importance of maintaining sound financial management and ensuring timely payments to all parties involved in the business.
This requirement is a standard practice in franchising, as it ensures the smooth operation of the business and protects the brand's reputation. Prospective Dryject franchisees should carefully consider their financial capabilities and plan accordingly to meet these payment obligations.
