What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must offer all goods and services that Dryject designates as required for all franchisees. Dryject maintains a written list of approved goods and services in its Manual, which it may change periodically.

Dryject also reserves the right to designate additional required or optional services in the future and to withdraw any of its previous approvals. Furthermore, franchisees must operate the franchised business in strict conformity with all prescribed methods, procedures, policies, standards, and specifications of the System as set forth in the Manual and in other writings by Dryject. Franchisees must not operate any other business from or through the Franchised Business (including the distributions of soil amendments at the retail, wholesale or any other level of distribution) without Dryject's express prior written consent.
