What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee ceases to be a Dryject Franchise Owner, they must return the Manual to Dryject. The Manual remains the sole property of Dryject.
Dryject provides a controlled copy of the Manual to franchisees who have satisfactorily completed the initial training program. Franchisees are expected to operate their franchised business according to the standards, methods, policies, and procedures outlined in the Manual. Franchisees must treat the Manual and its contents as confidential, using all reasonable efforts to maintain its secrecy and confidentiality.
Furthermore, franchisees are prohibited from copying, duplicating, recording, or making the Manual available to any unauthorized person. Dryject may periodically revise the Manual's contents, and franchisees must comply with each new or changed standard, ensuring the Manual is kept current at all times. In the event of any dispute regarding the Manual's contents, the terms of the master copies maintained by Dryject at its principal office will be controlling.
