What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee wants to purchase or lease equipment or signage not already approved, they must first notify Dryject in writing. The franchisee may need to submit specifications, photographs, drawings, information, or samples to allow Dryject to determine if the item meets their standards.
Dryject will then advise the franchisee within a reasonable time whether the equipment or signage meets their specifications. This process ensures that all equipment and signage used by franchisees align with Dryject's standards for design, appearance, and size, as outlined in the Operations Manual.
This requirement allows Dryject to maintain uniformity and quality across all franchise locations. It also protects the brand's image and ensures that all franchisees adhere to the established System Standards. Franchisees should be aware of this approval process and factor in the time required for review when planning purchases or leases of new equipment and signage.
