What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Dryject Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee wants to purchase or lease equipment or signage that Dryject has not previously approved, they must first notify Dryject in writing. This notification is a crucial step to ensure that all equipment and signage meet Dryject's standards and specifications.

Following the written notification, Dryject may require the franchisee to submit detailed specifications, photographs, drawings, and other relevant information or samples of the equipment or signage in question. This allows Dryject to thoroughly evaluate whether the proposed items align with the brand's established specifications as outlined in the Operations Manual. The franchisee should be prepared to provide comprehensive documentation to facilitate this review process.

Dryject will then advise the franchisee within a reasonable timeframe whether the proposed equipment or signage meets their specifications. This process ensures that all elements of the Dryject franchise maintain a consistent brand image and operational standard. Franchisees must adhere to this procedure to avoid using unapproved items that could potentially compromise the Dryject brand or operational efficiency.
