What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Item 8 covers the franchisee's responsibilities regarding the maintenance and appearance of the business premises, equipment, and vehicles. Specifically, franchisees must maintain these assets in accordance with Dryject's System Standards to uphold the brand's image. This includes regular maintenance and improvements, such as adding new equipment, replacing worn items, and repairing the interior and exterior of offices, trucks, and display booths.
Dryject has the right to inspect the franchisee's premises, vehicles, equipment, and signs. If Dryject determines that these do not meet the System Standards, they will notify the franchisee, specifying the necessary corrective actions. The franchisee must then begin these actions within fifteen days of receiving the notice and continue until the deficiencies are corrected.
Furthermore, franchisees cannot make material replacements or alterations to any equipment, techniques, signs, or the overall System of the Franchised Business without obtaining Dryject's prior written approval. This ensures that all changes align with the brand's standards and maintain uniformity across all franchise locations.
