What This Means (2025 FDD)
Based on the 2025 Dryject Franchise Disclosure Document, there is no mention of Dryject providing translation or interpreter services for the franchisee's personnel. The FDD details Dryject's obligations to provide initial training in its system, including instruction with respect to Dryject's standards, methods, procedures, and techniques. This training is provided for each person identified in the agreement, at such times and places as Dryject may designate for its training program, typically at their affiliate's office in Hatboro, Pennsylvania.
Dryject also agrees to make available general specifications for equipment, signs, furnishings, and operating supplies, and provides a limited quantity of logo uniform apparel items, business cards, envelopes, letterhead, invoices, and estimate forms. Additionally, Dryject provides the use of its Operations Manual and any other manuals and training aids, as periodically revised, which are loaned to the franchisee and remain Dryject's property.
However, the FDD does not specify any obligation for Dryject to offer translation or interpreter services during initial training or at any other time. A prospective franchisee who requires these services should inquire directly with Dryject about the availability and costs associated with obtaining translation or interpreter services for their personnel.
