- (f) We may develop and provide creative materials for local and regional advertising and make them available to You for publication or distribution in Your market area at Your own expense. We may provide specific guidelines for advertising initiated by Our franchisees and We reserve the right to disapprove advertising, that in Our sole judgment, is not in accordance with Our guidelines.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Dryject retains the right to disapprove advertising initiated by franchisees if it does not align with their guidelines. Dryject may develop creative materials for local and regional advertising, which they can make available to franchisees at the franchisee's expense.
Dryject also reserves the right to require franchisees to cooperate and participate in special promotional events or campaigns. Franchisees are prohibited from advertising outside their designated territory unless they have specific written permission to do so. Local advertising is generally limited to activities within the franchisee's designated territory, such as direct mail, print and broadcast media, speaking engagements, and networking events.
Furthermore, Dryject can require a franchisee to discontinue any advertising that, in Dryject's opinion, would be detrimental to the Dryject system, trademarks, Dryject, its affiliates, or other franchisees. This control ensures that all advertising aligns with the brand's standards and protects its image. Franchisees need to be aware of these restrictions and guidelines to avoid potential conflicts and ensure their advertising efforts are compliant with Dryject's requirements.
