Who determines if a Dryject franchisee is meeting a required System Standard?

According to the 2025 Dryject Franchise Disclosure Document, Dryject reserves the right to determine if a franchisee is meeting the required System Standards. This also includes determining whether any alternative methods are suitable for meeting recommendations or guidelines. System Standards are in place to protect Dryject's interests in its system and marks, not to control matters reserved for the franchisee.
