Who determines the duration, curriculum, and location of the Dryject conference?

Conference. We may, at our option, from time to time but not more than once every year conduct a national or regional Conference. The duration, curriculum and location of Conference will be determined by us in our sole and exclusive discretion. You are required to attend the Conference, and to pay all of your expenses incurred in connection with attending the Conference including transportation cost, meals, lodging and living expenses. We shall have the right to charge you a reasonable Conference Registration Fee as further described in Item 6, Note 10.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Dryject has the sole and exclusive discretion to determine the duration, curriculum, and location of any national or regional conference they may conduct. These conferences may occur no more than once per year.
Attendance at these conferences is mandatory for franchisees. Franchisees are responsible for covering all expenses related to attending the conference, including transportation, meals, lodging, and other living expenses.
Dryject also has the right to charge a reasonable conference registration fee, as detailed in Item 6, Note 10 of the FDD. This means that franchisees need to budget not only for travel and accommodation but also for a registration fee set by Dryject.
