What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Item 8 generally discusses the business relationship between Dryject and its franchisees. While it outlines various aspects of the support and assistance Dryject may provide, such as periodic advice, consultation, and access to new products and technologies, it does not specifically detail the reimbursement terms for additional assistance. The document mentions that training materials and aids are available for a fee equal to Dryject's cost.
Item 8 also mentions the Operations Manual, which contains mandatory specifications, standards, operating procedures, and rules for Dryject franchised businesses. It states that Dryject has the right to modify the Operations Manual, and franchisees must comply with its directives to protect the integrity and reputation of the Dryject system. However, the excerpts provided do not specify whether details about reimbursement for additional assistance are included in the Operations Manual.
Therefore, while the FDD excerpts describe the types of support Dryject offers and the availability of training materials for a fee, the specific details regarding reimbursement for additional assistance are not outlined in the provided excerpts. A prospective franchisee should inquire with Dryject about the circumstances under which additional assistance may be required, the costs associated with such assistance, and whether any reimbursement policies are in place.
