What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Dryject Franchise Disclosure Document, Dryject has the right to authorize new products and/or services that franchisees must offer. Specifically, franchisees must offer for sale all types of products and/or services that Dryject authorizes from time to time.
Dryject franchisees are not allowed to independently offer for sale any other products and/or services without prior written approval from Dryject. Additionally, franchisees must purchase and sell all products and services bearing Dryject's trade name and/or logo that Dryject carries now or develops in the future. Franchisees are also prohibited from developing or selling other products or services on their own without Dryject's prior written consent.
These stipulations are typical in franchising, allowing Dryject to maintain brand consistency and quality control across all franchise locations. For a prospective franchisee, this means they must be prepared to adapt their service offerings as directed by Dryject and cannot introduce new services or products without approval. This ensures uniformity but may limit a franchisee's autonomy in responding to local market demands.
