What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Base Equipment Package consists of three model 4820 DryJect machines. This is the minimum proprietary equipment a new Dryject franchisee needs to purchase to establish their franchise business. The purchase price for this package is $166,500.00.

This equipment purchase is mandatory, as franchisees must acquire all proprietary equipment from Dryject. The cost of the Base Equipment Package is due upon the earliest of three conditions: commencement of the Initial Training Program, shipment of the equipment, or 90 days after the effective date of the franchise agreement.

It's important to note that the fee for the Base Equipment Package is considered fully earned by Dryject upon the execution of the Franchise Agreement and is non-refundable. This means that even if the franchisee doesn't start the training program or receive the equipment, they are still obligated to pay the full amount. Prospective franchisees should carefully consider this non-refundable aspect before signing the agreement.
