On September 19, 2014, DryJect, LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company, was merged into DryJect Management, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company which was formed on March 25, 2014, and which is the surviving entity. DryJect Management, LLC has engaged in the sale of franchised businesses since the date of the merger stated above. We have never offered any other franchises in any other line of business. We do not conduct any other business activity other than selling and supporting franchises.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Dryject Franchise Disclosure Document, Dryject Management, LLC does not engage in any business activities other than selling and supporting franchises. This means Dryject focuses solely on franchising and supporting its franchisees. However, Dryject has several affiliates that engage in other business activities.
Specifically, Dryject Inc. Acquisition Corporation, an affiliate, manufactures proprietary equipment, including DryJect® machines and certain parts, that franchisees are required to purchase. Additionally, Dryject is affiliated with Advanced Agro Management, LLC, which franchises businesses offering natural grass, tree, and shrub treatment services. Advanced Agro plans to start offering franchises in the summer of 2021.
Prospective franchisees should be aware that while Dryject itself is focused on franchising, its affiliates are involved in manufacturing and other related service offerings. This interconnectedness could provide certain benefits, such as streamlined equipment purchasing, but it also means that the success of a Dryject franchise could be indirectly influenced by the performance of its affiliates.
