Some of these courses may be mandatory, and some may be optional. These courses may be conducted at our headquarters or at any other locations selected by us. All classes are scheduled by advance written notice to all Franchise Owners. Our class cancellation policies will be included in the written notice of class schedules.
You and/or your employees must pay all out of pocket expenses in connection with all training programs, including costs and expenses of transportation, lodging, meals, wages and employee benefits. We reserve the right to impose reasonable charges for additional or refresher training classes and materials in connection with these training courses (See Item 6). We will notify you of any additional charges before you or your employees enroll in a course.
Employment Policies.
Any materials, guidance or assistance that we provide concerning the terms and conditions of employment for your employees, employee hiring, firing and discipline, and similar employmentrelated policies or procedures, whether in the Operations Manual or otherwise, are solely for your optional consideration and use. Those materials, guidance and assistance do not form part of the mandatory System Standards. You will determine to what extent, if any, these materials, guidance or assistance should apply to your employees.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, additional or refresher training courses may be conducted at Dryject's headquarters or at other locations selected by them. These courses are scheduled with advance written notice to all Franchise Owners, and the class cancellation policies are included in the written notice of class schedules.
Franchise owners and their employees are responsible for all out-of-pocket expenses related to training programs, including transportation, lodging, meals, wages, and employee benefits. As of the date of the 2025 Disclosure Document, the initial training program and subjects are provided to all franchise owners and other approved attendees at Dryject's headquarters. The table provided in the FDD shows that the location for all listed training subjects, both classroom and on-the-job, is Hatboro, PA.
