What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must comply with Dryject's procedures and instructions regarding the direct debit process. Franchisees must also sign all required documents or take any action to effect this authorization. This authorization allows Dryject and its affiliates to initiate debit entries and credit correction entries to the franchisee's checking, savings, or other accounts for the payment of Royalty Service Fees, Marketing Fund Fees, and any other amounts due under the Franchise Agreement.

Dryject may also require franchisees to pay Royalty Service Fees, Marketing Fund Fees, and other amounts due under the agreement by automatic charge to the franchisee's designated Visa or Master Card. Franchisees must execute the forms and complete the reasonable procedures Dryject establishes for this process, as set forth in the Operations Manual. Franchisees must have sufficient credit available on their specified credit card account for the charge to be honored by their bank or other financial institution and must advise Dryject in advance of any change in their credit status or card to be charged. Dryject will submit charges only for the correct Fees and other amounts due as set forth in the agreement during the term of the agreement and for six months thereafter. Franchisees must reimburse Dryject for all charges incurred in processing credit card payments.

Dryject reserves the right to require franchisees to pay the Royalty Service Fees, Marketing Fund Fees, and other amounts due under the agreement by means other than automatic debit or credit card, and franchisees agree to comply with Dryject's payment instructions. Franchisees must promptly pay all sums owing to Dryject and its affiliates during the term of the agreement and thereafter. Franchisees cannot withhold payment of any Royalty Service Fees, Marketing Fund Fees, or any other amounts of money owed to Dryject for any reason on grounds of alleged nonperformance by Dryject of any obligation under the agreement, and any Royalty Service Fees, Marketing Fund Fees, or any other amounts of money owed to Dryject that are withheld will be deemed by Dryject to be unpaid.
