What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Dryject may offer additional training programs, workshops, and seminars to franchisees and may require attendance of franchisees or their employees. If Dryject requires attendance, the program will be provided at no cost, but the franchisee is responsible for travel, hotel, and other expenses. However, for any training program where attendance is optional, Dryject may require the payment of a training fee, with the amount set by Dryject.

This means that as a Dryject franchisee, you may need to budget for travel and accommodation costs if Dryject mandates attendance at specific training events. Conversely, if Dryject offers optional training, you will have to pay a training fee to participate. The FDD does not specify how Dryject determines the amount of the training fee.

It is common practice in the franchise industry for franchisors to charge fees for optional or advanced training programs. This allows the franchisor to cover the costs of developing and delivering the training, while also providing franchisees with the opportunity to enhance their skills and knowledge. Prospective franchisees should inquire about the availability, cost, and content of any optional training programs offered by Dryject to determine if they align with their business needs and budget.
