We also may offer additional or refresher training courses periodically. Some of these courses may be mandatory, and some may be optional. These courses may be conducted at our headquarters or at any other locations selected by us. All classes are scheduled by advance written notice to all Franchise Owners. Our class cancellation policies will be included in the written notice of class schedules.

You and/or your employees must pay all out of pocket expenses in connection with all training programs, including costs and expenses of transportation, lodging, meals, wages and employee benefits. We reserve the right to impose reasonable charges for additional or refresher training classes and materials in connection with these training courses (See Item 6). We will notify you of any additional charges before you or your employees enroll in a course.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Dryject may impose reasonable charges for additional or refresher training classes and materials. These charges would apply to both mandatory and optional courses. Dryject will notify franchisees of any additional charges before they or their employees enroll in a course. Franchisees and their employees are responsible for covering all out-of-pocket expenses for any training programs, including transportation, lodging, meals, wages, and employee benefits.

This means that while Dryject provides initial training at no additional charge for the franchisee and one other person, any further training, whether mandatory or optional, may incur charges for the classes themselves as well as all related travel and accommodation costs. This is a fairly standard practice in franchising, where franchisors often charge for ongoing training to cover their costs and ensure franchisees stay updated on best practices.

Prospective franchisees should inquire about the typical costs associated with these additional training courses, including the frequency of such courses, the estimated charges for classes and materials, and the potential out-of-pocket expenses for travel and accommodation. Understanding these costs will help in budgeting and financial planning for the franchise.
