What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Dryject Franchise Disclosure Document, Dryject may conduct a national or regional conference no more than once per year. Attendance at this conference is mandatory for franchisees. Franchisees are responsible for covering all expenses related to attending the conference, including transportation, meals, lodging, and living expenses.

Dryject retains the right to charge a reasonable conference registration fee, as detailed in Item 6 of the FDD. This means that in addition to the direct costs of travel and accommodation, franchisees should budget for a separate fee payable to Dryject to cover the costs of organizing and running the conference.

Prospective franchisees should carefully review Item 6 of the FDD to understand how the conference registration fee is calculated, when it is due, and what it covers. It would also be prudent to inquire about the typical cost of attending the conference, including all associated expenses, to accurately forecast the ongoing costs of operating a Dryject franchise.
