Can Dryject change the date and/or frequency of payment and reporting?

You must report to Us the Gross Revenues of the Franchised Business operations on a monthly basis, the month immediately after the service was performed. Payments toward the Annual Royalty Service Fee must be made on a monthly basis and must be paid on or before the fifteenth (15th) day of the month for the preceding month. We may change the date and/or frequency of payment and reporting, and if We do so, the Royalty Service Fee and/or Minimum Service Fee will be adjusted accordingly.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Dryject has the right to modify the date and/or frequency of payment and reporting. Currently, franchisees must report Gross Revenues monthly, immediately after the service is performed, and make payments toward the Annual Royalty Service Fee by the fifteenth (15th) day of the month for the preceding month.
If Dryject chooses to change the payment and reporting schedule, the Royalty Service Fee and/or Minimum Service Fee will be adjusted accordingly. This means that if the payment frequency increases (e.g., from monthly to bi-weekly), the amount due per payment period would likely decrease to compensate, maintaining the overall annual obligation. Conversely, if the payment frequency decreases (e.g., from monthly to quarterly), the amount due per payment period would increase.
