In addition, You shall pay any and all of Our expenses in collecting overdue payments from You, including attorneys' fees and the fees of any collection agencies hired by Us.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee fails to pay fees when due, they are responsible for interest on those fees. The interest rate is the lesser of 18% per year or the maximum contract rate permitted by law.
In addition to interest, the Dryject franchisee must also pay all of Dryject's expenses for collecting overdue payments. These expenses include attorney's fees and the fees of any collection agencies that Dryject hires to pursue the debt.
This means that a Dryject franchisee could face significant additional costs beyond the original unpaid fees and interest if Dryject has to take legal action or hire a collection agency to recover the overdue amounts. This provision is in addition to any other remedies Dryject may have under the law.
