What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Dryject Franchise Disclosure Document, the purchase price for the Base Equipment Package is uniform for all franchise owners. The Base Equipment Package, which includes a minimum of three model 4820 DryJect® machines and certain spare parts, has a fixed purchase price of $166,500. This fee is nonrefundable.
This uniformity in pricing ensures that all new Dryject franchisees start on a level playing field regarding equipment costs. It eliminates potential negotiation or price variations that could disadvantage some franchisees compared to others. The FDD also states that the initial franchise fee is uniform to all franchise owners.
For a prospective Dryject franchisee, this means they can accurately budget for the initial investment in the Base Equipment Package, knowing the cost is standardized. However, franchisees should be aware that this equipment must be purchased from Dryject or its affiliate, DryJect, Inc., and that Dryject's officers own an interest in this affiliate. While the cost is uniform, franchisees do not have the option to seek alternative suppliers for this essential equipment. The model 4820 DryJect® machine can be leased for approximately $1,000 per month per machine from various third party leasing companies with acceptable credit.
