What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Dryject may offer additional or refresher training courses periodically. Some of these courses may be mandatory, while others are optional. These courses may be held at Dryject's headquarters or other locations selected by them. Dryject will provide advance written notice to all Franchise Owners regarding the class schedules, including their class cancellation policies.
Franchise owners and their employees are responsible for covering all out-of-pocket expenses related to training programs, including transportation, lodging, meals, wages, and employee benefits. Dryject retains the right to charge reasonable fees for additional or refresher training classes and materials, and franchisees will be notified of any additional charges before enrolling themselves or their employees in a course.
This means that while Dryject provides initial training, franchisees should be prepared to budget for ongoing training expenses. The fact that some additional training courses may be mandatory means franchisees need to factor in both the direct costs and the time commitment for themselves and their employees to stay compliant with Dryject's requirements. It is important to carefully review any notices about training schedules and associated costs to avoid unexpected expenses.
