Dryject Franchise · 2025 FDD

Answer from 2025 FDD Document

In order to allow Us to establish and enforce standards of quality and uniformity for the distribution and sale of Our products and services, and in order to preserve incentive for other entities to become DryJect franchisees in the future, You shall not sell DryJect products and services other than on a retail basis to customers, and not for resale by the purchasers thereof, without Our prior written consent and without executing a separate agreement with Us for the right to conduct such sales, if We request the execution of such an agreement.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Dryject Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee may be required to execute a separate agreement with Dryject if they wish to sell Dryject products and services other than on a retail basis to customers. This means if a franchisee wants to sell for resale by purchasers, Dryject may require a separate agreement for the right to conduct such sales.

This stipulation allows Dryject to maintain control over the distribution channels of its products and services, ensuring they meet the company's standards and do not negatively impact existing franchisees. It also allows Dryject to receive additional revenue through a separate agreement if the franchisee engages in sales beyond the typical retail model.

For a prospective franchisee, this means that their ability to sell Dryject products for resale is not automatically granted with the franchise agreement. They must seek permission from Dryject and be prepared to negotiate and sign a separate agreement, which may involve additional fees or obligations. This is a fairly common practice in franchising, as franchisors often want to control how their products are distributed to protect their brand and existing franchisees.
