What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Dryject agrees to provide franchisees with general specifications for equipment, signs, furnishings, and operating supplies typically associated with Dryject franchised businesses. These are the items that franchisees are required to purchase and use in the operation of their Dryject franchise.
Dryject may also provide specifications for the brands and types of equipment and exterior and interior signs required for any Dryject offices and/or vehicles, which the franchisee must purchase at their own expense. These specifications may include minimum standards for design, appearance, size, and other restrictions. Franchisees can purchase or lease original and replacement equipment and signage that meets these specifications from any source approved by Dryject.
If a franchisee proposes to purchase or lease any equipment or signage not already approved by Dryject, they must notify Dryject in writing and provide sufficient specifications, photographs, drawings, or other information and samples for Dryject to determine if the item meets their standards. Dryject will then advise the franchisee within a reasonable time whether the proposed item meets their specifications. Franchisees are also required to comply with all equipment specifications as outlined in the Franchise Agreement and the Operations Manual and maintain the appearance of their business premises, equipment, and vehicles in accordance with Dryject's System Standards.
