What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Dryject Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee proposes to purchase or lease equipment or signage not already approved by Dryject, the franchisee must notify Dryject in writing. The franchisee may need to submit specifications, photographs, drawings, or samples for Dryject to review. Dryject will then advise the franchisee within a reasonable time whether the submitted items meet their standards.

This process ensures that all equipment and signage used by Dryject franchisees align with the brand's standards and specifications. This protects the uniformity and image of the Dryject brand.

It is important to note that Dryject has the right to modify these System Standards, and franchisees are responsible for staying compliant with any changes. Franchisees must also maintain the condition and appearance of their business premises, equipment, and vehicles to meet Dryject's System Standards. If Dryject determines that repairs or improvements are needed, they will notify the franchisee, who must then take action to correct the deficiency within fifteen days.
