Does Dryject acknowledge that its obligations and rights may differ materially among its franchisees?
Dryject Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
Because complete uniformity under varying conditions may be impossible or impractical, We reserve the right to vary the standards of eligibility, including financial terms and conditions, for any franchisee, including You, based upon the peculiarities of a particular territory, including density of population, business potential, population of trade area, existing business practices, or any other conditions which We determine to have, or potentially have, a significant effect on the successful operation of such franchisee's business. Variations from standard specifications and practices granted to other franchisees shall not under any circumstances be cause to require Us to grant to You a like or similar variation hereunder, either now or in the future.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Dryject FDD, Dryject acknowledges that the standards of eligibility, including financial terms and conditions, may vary for any franchisee. This depends on the peculiarities of a particular territory. These peculiarities include density of population, business potential, population of trade area, and existing business practices. Dryject also considers any other conditions which they determine to have, or potentially have, a significant effect on the successful operation of such franchisee's business.
This means that the terms of the franchise agreement and the support provided by Dryject could be different for franchisees in different locations. A prospective franchisee should not assume that the terms offered to one franchisee will be the same as those offered to another.
Dryject also states that variations from standard specifications and practices granted to other franchisees shall not under any circumstances be cause to require Dryject to grant to you a like or similar variation, either now or in the future. This means that if another franchisee receives a special exception or benefit, you are not automatically entitled to the same.
