Two copies of an acknowledgement of your receipt of this Disclosure Document appear as Exhibit M. It is a detachable document and one copy must be signed by you and given to us. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the acknowledgement of receipt for the disclosure document is found in Exhibit M. The FDD states that there are two copies of the acknowledgement in Exhibit M, and it is a detachable document.
As a prospective Dryject franchisee, you are required to sign one copy of the acknowledgement and provide it to the franchisor, Dryject Management, LLC. The other copy is for you to keep for your records.
