What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the term "pre-opening obligations" refers to the duties Dryject has to the franchisee under the Franchise Agreement that must be fulfilled before the franchised business begins operations.

After Dryject completes these pre-opening obligations, they may request the franchisee to sign a Confirmation of Performance, verifying that Dryject has met these obligations. The franchisee must sign and deliver this confirmation within three business days of the request.

If a franchisee believes that Dryject has not fulfilled all pre-opening obligations, they must provide written notice within the same three-day period, specifically detailing the unfulfilled obligations. Once Dryject completes these specified obligations, the franchisee must then sign and deliver the Confirmation of Performance within three business days.
