assignment of any telephone numbers used in Your Franchised Business to Us or Our designee and You appoint Us as Your attorney-in-fact to transfer the telephone numbers. We shall not act on the telephone number assignment (Attachment E) unless and until this Franchise Agreement expires or is terminated for any reason. However, when this Agreement expires or this Agreement is terminated for any reason, You hereby agree and acknowledge that Attachment E will operate as Your assignment to Us of all telephone numbers used in Your Franchised Business. You shall execute any additional documents required to transfer such telephone numbers and directory listings to Us whether before or after termination or expiration of this Agreement.
