We have negotiated purchase arrangements with suppliers, including price terms, for the benefit of our franchisees. We do not have purchasing or distribution cooperatives. We have no policy concerning receipt of volume rebates, commissions, payments, or other benefits as a result of purchases of goods and services by Franchisees ("Allowances"). As a result, there is no restriction on our right to receive Allowances.
