disclose to your manager the confidential, proprietary information we give to you, but only to the extent necessary for operation of Your Franchised Business. We require your manager to sign a Confidentiality Agreement (Managerial Employees), the form of which is included as Attachment H to the Franchise Agreement, which is attached to this Disclosure Document as Exhibit A.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dollar Rent A Car's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, there are several confidentiality agreements relevant to different parties. As a prospective franchisee, you can find the Confidentiality Agreement for Prospective Franchisees in Exhibit B of the FDD.
Additionally, if you proceed with the franchise, you, as the owner, will be required to sign a Confidentiality and Non-Competition Agreement. The form for this agreement is included as Attachment F to the Franchise Agreement, which itself is attached to the FDD as Exhibit A. This agreement restricts your ability to engage in certain competitive activities for 12 months after the franchise relationship ends.
Furthermore, if you hire a manager, that manager will also be required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement (Managerial Employees). The form for the Managerial Employees agreement is included as Attachment H to the Franchise Agreement, which is attached to the FDD as Exhibit A. This allows you to disclose confidential information to your manager to the extent necessary for the operation of your Dollar Rent A Car business.
