We have included the "®" symbol for some trademarks named in this Disclosure Document, and the lack of any such reference should not be construed as any indicator that we do not own, and will not assert our rights to, these marks to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Our Operations Guide contains each published document or collection of documents, whether provided electronically or in hard copy, made available to the Franchisee by us and contains the guidelines for the use of the Marks in Your Franchised Business, as supplemented and revised by us from time to time.
